Real-World Experience:
During the internship period, students work on actual design projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. This could involve space planning, creating design concepts, drafting floor plans, selecting materials and finishes, attending client meetings, and more.
Mentorship and Supervision:
Interns are typically assigned a mentor or supervisor who provides guidance, feedback, and support throughout the internship, helping students navigate real-world challenges and refine their skills.
Hands-On Tasks:
Interns may assist with various aspects of design projects, such as creating mood boards, preparing presentations, sourcing materials, liaising with suppliers, and contributing to the design process.
